Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of TripKeeps, including the website, app, and related services. By using TripKeeps, you agree to these Terms.

Using TripKeeps

TripKeeps helps you track places you have been, places you want to go, bucket-list ideas, boards, photos, and collectible keepsakes. You are responsible for the information you add.

Accounts and Access

TripKeeps does not require a TripKeeps account. Purchases use your Apple account, and selected photos and device backup follow your Apple device settings. Some earned keepsakes require the optional Lifetime Keepsake Pass.

Your Content

You keep ownership of your travel notes, photos, board cards, and other content you add to TripKeeps. The app stores and displays this content locally on your device. Apple device backup may include app data according to your settings; TripKeeps does not provide its own cloud sync service.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use TripKeeps for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or deceptive activity.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or compromise TripKeeps or related systems.
• Do not upload content that violates someone else's rights or privacy.

Paid Features

Your first five distinct earned keepsakes are free. The optional Lifetime Keepsake Pass is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that removes the five-keepsake access limit. Additional keepsakes still need to be earned through travel progress. The price shown by Apple at purchase applies. There is no recurring subscription for this pass. Purchases, refunds, and restoring access are governed by Apple’s App Store rules.

Third-Party Services

TripKeeps uses Apple for app distribution, purchases, and device backup you enable, and RevenueCat for purchase validation and paid access. Saved-link previews may contact the selected website, TikTok, YouTube, or image providers. The website and support contact use hosting and email providers. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

Disclaimers

TripKeeps is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that travel information will always be complete or accurate.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TripKeeps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Termination

You may stop using TripKeeps at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for others, or use the service in a way that could harm TripKeeps.

Changes

We may update these Terms as TripKeeps evolves. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through the app, website, or email.
